Action: 4.Motion to approve Change Order #3 for the “Locker Room Renovations at Tioga Junior High School” (Re: RPSB Bid #11-24-09, WO #220841, and PO #24004634) contract between the Rapides Parish School Board and Tudor, Inc. with no change to the contract amount, but increasing the contract time by fifty-seven (57) days, therefore changing the Substantial Completion to a new date of March 8, 2025 and authorize the Board President to sign any documentation in connection therewith – Mr. Roy F. Rachal

Resolution: to approve Change Order #3 for the “Locker Room Renovations at Tioga Junior High School” (Re: RPSB Bid #11-24-09, WO #220841, and PO #24004634) contract between the Rapides Parish School Board and Tudor, Inc. with no change to the contract amount, but increasing the contract time by fifty-seven (57) days, therefore changing the Substantial Completion to a new date of March 8, 2025 and authorize the Board President to sign any documentation in connection therewith

Action: 5.Motion to approve Change Order #2 for the “Renovations at Bolton High School” (Re: RPSB Bid #62-24-09, WO #207404, and PO #24004695) contract between the Rapides Parish School Board and Pat Williams Construction, LLC decreasing the contract sum by One Hundred Seven Thousand, One Hundred Sixty Two dollars (-$107,162.00) therefore changing the original contract sum from $4,178,231.83 to $4,071,069.83 with no change to the contract time and authorize the Board President to sign any documentation in connection therewith – Mr. Roy F. Rachal

Rachal
