Motion to hear report from the Board's Insurance Consultant relative to renewal negotiations for property, equipment breakdown (boiler and machinery) and auto physical damage insurance for the 2023-2024 fiscal year, act upon recommendation by award and authorize administration and Board President to sign relevant documentation in connection therewith (Estimated Total $1,350,000) - Mr. Roy Rachal

Substitute motion to act upon the recommendation by the Rapides Parish School Board's Insurance Consultant - Dr. Stephen Chapman

Motion by Steve Berry, second by Linda Burgess.
