Motion to hear a report from the Board's Insurance Consultant relative to renewal negotiations for Property/Equipment Breakdown (Boiler & Machinery) and Auto Physical Damage Insurance for the 2022-2023 school year, act upon recommendation by award and authorize the administration and the board president to sign relevant documentation in connection therewith - (Current Year $1,113,773 – Quote for 2022-2023 $1,506,739 – Increase of $372,966) - Mr. Roy F. Rachal

Sub Motion - to accept the recommendations of the Boards Insurance Consultant of our renewal for Property/Equipment Breakdown and Auto Physical Damage Insurance for the 2022 - 2023 school year

Motion by Stephen Chapman, second by Steve Berry.
