Action: 4. Motion to receive an update/report on grants, approve grants included therein, and authorize the Board President to sign any and all documentation in connection therewith (deferred from May Board) - Dr. Stephen Chapman and Mrs. Kerri Nichols

Motion by Stephen Chapman, second by Linda Burgess.

Action: 5. Motion to ratify and confirm bids received on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at 11:00 AM by the Central Office Staff for "Replacement of Press Box at Tioga High School" (Bid No. 21-19); and award bid to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder contingent on low bidder meeting all LA Public Bid Law and contract document requirements and specifications (deferred from May Board) - Mr. Wilton Barrios and Ms. Elizabeth Domite

Motion by Wilton Barrios, second by Linda Burgess
